Alias

I love this show.  I watch it while I exercise.  It helps me not realize that I am doing something I hate to stay in relative shape.
When I'm done with Alias, I will watch 24.

I've been working out to Flashpoint. Have you ever watched that? I think I might have to try Alias next.

I love Alias! When it first came out my family was addicted. I was Sydney Bristow for Halloween once. And it was awesome.
